Terms and Conditions Use of the uwin Platform

1. Member Eligibility

To register and use uwin's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. uwin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to close any account that does not meet these requirements without prior notice.

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not residing in a country or region where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period or any restriction imposed by a relevant authority.
• Register in a personal capacity and not as a representative of a company or third party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at uwin. Registering more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or device information — is strictly prohibited and considered a serious breach of these terms.

2.1 Required Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name as per your identification document, IC or passport number, active email address, Malaysian mobile number, and date of birth.

2.2 KYC Verification

Uwin conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all accounts seeking to make a withdrawal. This requires you to upload a copy of your identification card, proof of address, and in some cases, proof of the payment method used. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 business hours.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. UWin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer support team immediately.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal

Uwin supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and domestic bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5. Game Rules

All games available on the uwin platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Shooting Games, and e-sports — are conducted in accordance with each game's specific rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

5.1 Game Results

• The results of all games are final once determined by the system or live dealer.
• Any outcome resulting from a technical error or system disruption will be reviewed by the uwin team.
• In the event of a dispute, uwin's system records will serve as the primary reference.
• Bets placed after a game has started or after results have been released will be automatically voided.

5.2 Technical Interruptions

If a game session is disconnected due to an internet interruption on the user's end, uwin is not liable for any resulting losses. However, if the interruption originates from uwin's system, the case will be reviewed and resolved fairly in accordance with our internal policy.

6. User Conduct

Uwin is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. As such, certain forms of conduct are strictly not tolerated on our platform.

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using offensive, threatening, or racially charged language in any uwin communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the uwin platform.
• Making false claims about promotions, wins, or financial matters to the support team.
• Conducting financial transactions related to money laundering activities.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach. uwin reserves the right to pursue legal action for serious violations.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Uwin reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or instructions from a relevant authority.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from betting activities may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting the customer support team. uwin fully respects this decision as part of our commitment to responsible gaming.

7.2 Funds After Closure

In the event of account closure not involving a breach of terms, any valid account balance will be returned to the player upon completion of the review process. Processing time is between 3 to 7 business days.
